What you can buy

Compliance report (€19 per property): a personalised report generated from your answers to the compliance checklist, shown on screen and sent to you by email. Remote compliance review (€49 per property): a person reviews the documents and photos you send and gives you a written action list, with one follow-up question by email. Local coordination and full support in Messinia and Lakonia are quoted separately. Prices are in euros and include any VAT that applies.

Payment

You pay by card through Stripe. Fira Software Ltd is the seller and the payment appears under its name. We do not see or store your full card details.

Delivery

The compliance report is delivered immediately after payment, on screen and by email. For the remote review, we send your written action list within 3 working days of receiving your documents and photos.

Your right to cancel

The compliance report is digital content supplied immediately at your request. Before paying you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the report is delivered. For the remote review you can cancel within 14 days of payment and get a full refund as long as we have not started the review. Sending us your documents counts as asking us to start; if you cancel after we have started, we refund the part of the service not yet performed. To cancel, email info@vraxeia.gr.

Information, not legal advice

The report and the review explain the requirements that apply to short-term rentals in Greece based on the information you give us and the official sources listed on this site. They are not legal or tax advice, a certificate or an inspection, and they do not guarantee the outcome of any inspection. You remain responsible for your property's compliance.

Liability

Our liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Complaints

If something is not right, email info@vraxeia.gr and we will put it right where we can.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
