What we collect

When you send a request: your name, email, phone and the property details you enter. The free compliance checklist runs in your browser and does not send your answers to us. When you buy a compliance report, your answers are stored with your payment record so we can show you the report. When you pay, Stripe handles your card details; we receive your name, email, billing country and payment status. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

Why we use it

To deliver what you asked for, answer your messages, keep tax and accounting records, and improve the site.

Who we share it with

VS PLUS KEP, when you ask for a service they help deliver; Stripe for payments; Resend for email; Vercel for hosting; Google for analytics. Some of these providers process data outside the UK and EU under appropriate safeguards.

The Vraxeia app in ChatGPT

When you use Vraxeia inside ChatGPT, the app receives only the property details passed to the compliance check or the topic you ask about. It does not ask for your name or contact details, and we do not store the answers.

How long we keep it

Requests and correspondence for up to two years after our last contact; payment records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@vraxeia.gr. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or to the data protection authority where you live, such as the Hellenic Data Protection Authority in Greece.
